  5. The Kincade Sales Management Package manages a property transfer from the time
  6. an agreement is reached until the time a property closes and commissions are
  7. disbursed. This system can interface to the Kincade Listing Management Package
  8. for control of sign removal. As sales are made and deposits received, deposit
  9. monies are placed in a user-defined trust account and transaction reports can
  10. be produced for the respective lawyers. When the property transfers to the new
  11. owner, (closing) commissions are calculated and monies are transferred to the
  12. current working accounts. Overages or commissions owing are recorded and
  13. reported upon. Once all transactions are complete the sales record sheet will
  14. be amended and the property transaction is complete. This package will also
  15. control notices sent to the Local Real Estate Board Offices on properties that
  16. are sold. Notices can be automatically produced for lawyers based on any
  17. changes to the entered information. The maintaining of sales reports, sale
  18. record sheets, and more are also part of this package. In addition the Kincade
  19. Sales Management Package is fully integrated to the Kincade General Ledger
  20. Package for all financial information regarding a sales transaction to allow
  21. for the many automated accounting features to be utilized.
